Jacob is a TEDx Speaker and Long COVID Specialist who works with high-performing individuals navigating Long-Covid, Fatigue, PoTS and burnout—people who often look fine on the outside, yet feel deeply depleted underneath.
His approach is shaped by an extensive clinical background as a UK-qualified Neurological Physiotherapist, where he worked closely with people living with complex neurological conditions including Long-Covid, post-viral fatigue, stroke, and Parkinson’s disease.
Spending years alongside these conditions gave him a front-row view of how profoundly the nervous system, breathing, sleep, and inflammation interact—and how often people are left without a clear, practical way to put the pieces back together.
Alongside this background, Jacob has supported more than 200 individuals navigating chronic fatigue and Long-Covid, and guided nearly a 1000 clients in developing greater awareness and control over breathing patterns and nervous system regulation.
This led to the creation of the Integrated Long COVID Recovery Programme. Rather than offering quick fixes, the programme provides a structured, science-informed curriculum that helps people understand their own energy systems and learn how to work with them. It brings together neuroscience, breathing mechanics, sleep behaviour, inflammation science, bio-psycho-social understanding, and nervous system regulation into a clear, teachable model that can be applied in real life.
Jacob works within a wider professional network and can consult with leading experts when needed, including one of the UK’s recognised doctors in Functional Medicine, Men’s Health, Diabetes, and Long COVID, as well as a specialist Occupational Therapist with expertise in sleep and fatigue. This helps ensure the work remains thoughtful, informed, and well-rounded.
At the heart of Jacob’s work is a simple belief: recovery begins when people regain understanding, agency, and trust in their own system—moving from fear and confusion back toward clarity, confidence, and sustainable performance.
Helping people regain energy, stabilise recovery, and take back control of their lives — built on over 3 years of dedicated Long COVID experience, supporting 300+ patients and teaching breathing and recovery strategies to more than 1,000 people.
